First of all, this dude Ryan Mathews is nowhere to be found. He is probably some actor or “voice” behind this scam product. He or “they” has most likely created other scams almost identical to this one.
Cash Flow. This is the extra income you’ll get to keep each month (or year) that you own the property. Cash flow can be deceptive because it fluctuates when certain repairs are higher or lower in different months, so it’s important to factor in non-monthly costs like vacancy (the amount of time the property sits vacant), repairs, capital expenditures (expensive projects that need to be replaced on a home every so often, like appliances, roofs, windows, plumbing, etc.), along with the regular expenses (utilities, management, etc.).
Most people have a single checking account for all of their Bills and Spending. This could be called “traditional BS money management” (ha ha). In such a system, if you don’t spend all of your cash, the “extra” money might get saved into a simple savings account. This can cause a few problems:
Some people would simply like to quit their jobs and make a good how to become a millionaire grant cardone Some people would simply like to quit their jobs and make a million dollars. In that movie (the Justin Timberlake vehicle), JT says, “A million’s not cool. A BILLION is cool.”

Success leaves clues. When you are trying to build wealth, there is no need to reinvent the wheel. Look to others who have come before and discover how they found success. No, it won’t work the exact same way for you, but once you understand the principles to their success, you’ll much more easily find your own.
Investing is the best way to grow your wealth. Compound interest has been called the strongest force in the universe, and you want that force working for you! There are many ways to invest, and you can be successful as long as you make wise investment decisions and let time and compound interest work for you. Third, I see that I found your site not in error but fate. I finnaly found a human being behind a website. I do know “NOW” how people can truly make money online and I am extatic to get started. From reading your list of comments, some did not understand the meaning of being new to trying to make money online. How they say “Just start a website or Blog”. Some of us thought RSS Feed, Niche, Keyword Search, etc was greek. In otherwords, like me being a nurse it would be like a Dr. telling me to just run down and handle my brain surgery for me!LOL!!I did however find most of their websites informative as well enjoyable. Again, You are an “ANGEL” and I am looking forward to your next post!! I will keep you posted on my success.
Think about the core skills and competencies you offer and make sure to market yourself accordingly. If you’re going through things and you haven’t achieved your goals yet, you will … as long as you don’t give up. Someone much wiser than us once said, “Success is more about perspiration than inspiration.” We take that to mean that many, many people are inspired every single day, the ones who succeed actually do something about it.
Tim, I know several millionaires, and most of them have done it the old fashioned way, which is working and saving over many years. Some have started their own businesses, some have made wealth through other means such as investments and real estate, and some have done it other ways. Virtually all of the millionaires I know have families (some were married without children, but most had children). I’ve never counted how many millionaires I know, but of the people I know for certain, I would venture to say that I know at least 10-15 of them would qualify under these standards. As for the college education part of it, I’ve never taken a poll to find out how many had degrees and which degree they had, if they had one.
We should never obscure the idea that misery, greed, and bad deeds (like good things) are within the capacities of us all, not merely a select few (but only those with incompetent attorneys typically need pay for them, ha ha). At the same time, every top golfer from 1923 was still playing and enjoying life 50 years later. The important lesson is: LIFE PHILOSOPHY AND BEER.
I go into detail in the entire episode with specific stories, but below you can see the show notes on what I talk about with building your online business to generate millions. Also note: I recorded this on my iPhone in Spain between practices while playing pro handball with the Reale Ademar team in Leon. This is not recorded in the SOG studio in L.A.
The good part: You don’t have to pay a dime. And with some sites, you can start to make money online immediately. Most of these gigs are small, steady streams of cash. But they can add up to steady earnings over time.
Now let’s assume you start saving $5,500 a year, or roughly $458 a month, early on — say, at age 27 — and you continue doing so until age 67, which is what the Social Security Administration considers full retirement age for anyone born in 1960 or later. Let’s also assume that you invest that money and take in an average annual 8% return over 40 years. Because IRAs offer tax-deferred growth, you won’t pay taxes on your earnings until you reach retirement, which means you get to reinvest your total gains year after year. So if we take that $458 monthly investment and apply it to a 40-year term, we arrive at a grand total of $1.4 million, and it’s all possible thanks to the power of compounding.
Beyond acknowledging your dependence, constantly express your appreciation to the people in your life. That which you appreciate, appreciates. Relationships are assets that can and should grow bigger and better over time.
“Can anyone apply for the Millionaire Mentoring Program?” Yes, anyone can apply, but enrollment is limited. We won’t allow our Mentors to aid more than 15 students at a time to ensure everyone gets the dedicated attention they deserve. “Can I be a mentoring student while working a regular 9 to 5 job?” If your application is accepted, you should be able to continue working a day job while enrolled in the Millionaire Mentoring Program. However, it is your personal preference whether you want to use what you learn in the program to replace your current income or an additional income stream. Either way, you will need to be prepared to manage your time wisely. “If my spouse or business partner and I want to join the program together, do we need to apply separately?” If you plan on running your real estate business together with your spouse or business partner, there is no need to submit a separate application, but please be sure to include their information on your application. In the event you and your spouse or partner are looking to working separately within the industry, please submit two individual applications. “How quickly can I expect to earn my first check?” While every student and situation is unique, many of our mentoring students complete their first deal and receive their first check within 30 days of being accepted into the Millionaire Mentoring Program.
