First of all, this dude Ryan Mathews is nowhere to be found. He is probably some actor or “voice” behind this scam product. He or “they” has most likely created other scams almost identical to this one.
But wait, there’s more! I can also make money consulting. Or I can make money through ad revenue and sponsorship on my blog and podcast. Or, I can have a membership site where students can access all of my digital courses for a monthly fee.
There are essentially two types of business insider how to become a millionaire by 30 – organic and paid. The organic traffic you get free from Google, other search engines, social media, and other websites. For paid traffic, you obviously need to pay for it. I’ve been running Google ad campaigns for the past 7+ years and Facebook ads since they were created and I can say without a doubt, it’s not easy to make money running them. There’s not some secret system to make money on Facebook ads without having an insanely awesome product or maybe a service.
You have seen those directory sites that have a list of specific sites in different categories. Set one up for yourself. Gather a list of sites and sources related to a specific niche and list them on your site.
Loan Paydown. When you buy a property with a mortgage, each month your loan balance decreases. This means, over time, your tenant is essentially paying the loan down for you, helping you build wealth automatically. To make this concept clearer, pretend for a moment you owned a property that you bought for $1,000,000 with a mortgage for $800,000, and it made $0 in cash flow (it “broke even”) and never climbed in value. However, after that thirty-year mortgage is paid off, you’ll now have a property worth $1,000,000 that you didn’t actual save for. Your tenant paid it off due to the “loan paydown.”
Another option is listen to people who have been where you are and have what you want. This is what I have done to make more money and increase my quality of life. I am currently being mentored by multi-millionaires from all different backgrounds on a daily basis. A key point in becoming successful is believing you can. Napoleon Hill said it best “Whatever the mind of man can conceive, and bring itself to believe, it can achieve.”
Alexis Dawes created a product called “Desperate Buyers Only”. I interview her for an upcoming case study on Inspiring Innovators, where she mentions that she is able to make up to $97 from ebooks as small as 12 pages. The key? Finding people who are incredibly desperate for the information you provide and then doing good research to find a real solution to their problems. The result? Happy customers whose problem is solved, and money for you — a win-win situation! Caveat: It may be tough to find a real desperate buyer niche (Alexis reveals some in her case study). Here are some hints: When were you last in a situation where information would have either saved you a lot of money or a lot of pain? Has someone else close to you been in a situation where they could have used information to avert pain? Think legal, medical, and financial niches.
Along the way you will want to pay down debt, invest, look for ways to earn more money, look for ways to save money, and balance that with the rest of life. I know those are broad strokes, but each situation is different, and that is the best I can do without knowing more about your situation.
Remember how I said I started adulthood with $20,000 in credit card debt? That was a huge mistake, but I’ve made plenty of others. Did you know my first foray into real estate investing was a flop? Are you aware I’ve tried a ton of different business ideas that never worked out?
You have probably seen My Millionaire Mentor’s sales video already. You know, the one that starts off with the lady showing you how much money she made… by typing that number into her calculator app in her iPhone!
Something inside me screamed in opposition, but I saw no other choice. Until real estate hit me like a ton of bricks. You see, I had purchased a cheap house while studying for law school, and one day it hit me: I could sell this house and make money.
Important clues hide in the stories of world-renowned creators. Researchers use the term “The Mundanity of Excellence” to describe what makes the best isn’t natural talent or luck but character and the application of a series of simple, specific and learnable methods.
