Tom Corley, author of “Rich Habits”, studied the habits of millionaires during a five-year study of the rich and poor. Here’s what he found as it pertains to most self-made millionaires and their income streams:
The problem with traditional debt management within traditional BS money management is that unexpected expenses make it harder to ever dig yourself out from under your bills. It likely feels like you can never get ahead… because you don’t. Therefore, you must save even if at the expense of not paying down your debt faster. If you have debt, you should create a budget that sets aside a monthly amount for that debt after saving. Then, that savings can be your most valuable resource to avoid falling back into debt. If you still can’t seem to stay within your budget, setup your Fun Account in cash. Studies show people have less resistance to using credit cards and checks as to spending cash. Finally, write down everything you buy (at the very least just to spend more time and thought on each and every purchase) and then review your current expenses for surprises as well as areas you know you can cut back (to detail how much). Common hot spots include TV and cell phone contracts as well as eating out. The lifetime expense of a medium sized dog is $16,000 – what message are you sending when effectively taking that money from your children’s college fund?
Wanting money doesn’t make you selfish, materialistic, or evil. Money gives you the means to lead the kind of life you want: fulfilling, interesting, secure, and independent. Being financially rich gives you choices so you can live a more rewarding life.
“First of all, I would like to say that the mentoring program has made all the difference in my business, and has really given me the confidence to move to the next level and beyond, and there’s no stopping me now. Beau’s coaching has been nothing short of incredible, and I greatly appreciate and value his knowledge, expertise and advice. He allows me to formulate my exit strategies, and then makes me aware if there is something I have overlooked, or didn’t think of. His confidence, support, patience, and knowledge have allowed and helped me to tackle deals that I would have missed without mentoring. Beau is an incredible mentor and I really can’t recommend the coaching program enough. If you are serious about your Real Estate business and really want to succeed, the mentoring program will allow you to reach your goals so much quicker than going it alone… I can’t begin to say how incredibly grateful I am to Ron LeGrand for all the education and techniques in Real Estate that he has taught and shared in his courses throughout the years. His insight and commitment into always providing the best for his students never ends, and extends through everyone who works with him. Even today, with the turmoil of the economy and Real Estate markets, Ron is constantly adapting and sharing with his students the latest techniques and strategies that allow them to succeed. Learning and implementing Ron’s programs, and following his advice and teachings has allowed me to change my life forever, for which I am eternally grateful… If you are reading this, then you are fortunate to have been exposed to Ron LeGrand’s teachings. I can’t recommend strongly enough for you to grasp this knowledge, and put it into action as quickly as possible. It is absolutely life changing, and has afforded me the opportunity to change life for my family and I, for the better, forever. Ron’s information coupled with my mentor, Beau Ethridge, allowed me the ability to assess the deals and exit strategies, and go after the good ones (some of which I would have missed otherwise). They will get you where toy need to go as quickly as possible, as long as you are willing to put in the effort. I am so very grateful to Ron LeGrand and to Beau Ethridge for sharing their vast knowledge, teachings, and expertise; and for their support and guidance. With following and implementing Ron’s teachings, you can be just a step away from achieving your financial freedom and dreams. Thank you so very much Ron, and thank you Beau, for your guidance.” Student: Carolyn Francis Mentor: Beau Ethridge
You can keep trying, but this is exactly how most of us will become a millionaire. It’s not glamorous like winning the nobel prize but no one will bother you (that’s a good thing when you are wealthy) because no one will ever know you are rich either.
7. Being Poor or Just Getting By Doesn’t Make Sense. You must get it that being poor is not a good thing for you and eliminate and all thinking that makes sense of your being poor. I have been poor, and it sucks. Your parents told you a lot of things not to do and they should have told you, ‘don’t stay poor!” Poor defined in the dictionary as”having insufficient wealth to meet the necessities or comforts of life or to live in a manner considered acceptable in a society.”

This is one area of my life where I do rather well. While I wasn’t the smartest kid in school or even college, I have always been able to hustle. When I was in college full-time and had a calendar full of classes, I was also in the Army National Guard. During my senior year of college, I had two part-time jobs.
Joshua: Real estate is definitely an avenue to becoming a millionaire. I only have a primary residence at the moment, but I think that may change https://youtu.be/sQbQpCIVY14 in life. The beauty of real estate is cash flow, whereas stocks and other equities don’t produce much cash flow outside of dividends (at most 3-5%). Good luck with your endeavors.
Become an investor. You can become a millionaire by being an investor. However, your choice of investment vehicle may be stocks, real estate, IPOs, startups, etc. You can also choose to be an angel investor, Venture capitalist, etc. To do this, you need to be financially intelligent. You also need adequate knowledge, a good team, access to information, analytic skills and most importantly; Money.
Nobel Prize winning psychologist Daniel Kahneman found that people would rather do business with a person they like and trust than someone they don’t, even though the other person is offering a better product and a lower price.
You will end up like the other “victims” that gave in to this millionaire mentor scam and trying to sell it, even if you know it is a bullshit product. Do not be the next person who try to post positive reviews about some bullshit that DO NOT even work in any way.
My Millionaire Mentor leads to MOBE and yes, there are many similarities between MOBE and Digital Aspire. They both are probably pyramid schemes. I agree, it does appear that Digital Altitude copied MOBE. I can’t imagine why they are allowed to continue to operate as they both are ruining lives.
Anything from Amember to Quickbooks is fair game here. In the hosting industry, iDevAffiliate and Plesk Billing were the pieces of software we would have paid a lot of money to have someone else deal with. The more niche and more complex/annoying/frustrating the software, the better! Even if the software company offers free installation, you can make hundreds or thousands of dollars training business owners or their employees on its usage. Focus on one piece of software and become the trusted expert. Create videos and tutorials using screencast software like Camtasia to increase your profitability; this may also lead into a niche product that you can sell. (Amember offers “free installation”, but it took my boyfriend and I over 10 hours to configure it properly. That’s definitely something I would outsource next time!)
Meeting millionaires is one thing, but being able to call them a friend or mentor is a huge asset. Networking with so many people has offered me many opportunities to go to millionaires and ask for their advice. They check in with me, and I ask strategic questions.
If I have a blog that is getting 100,000 page views a month that means that I’m probably getting at least 50,000 people to the site (most blogs will do between 1.2 to 1.4 pages per session). That means I have to try and get some small percentage of those people to buy something from me if I really want to do well. If I can’t get them to buy something then (in some cases) I have ads running on the site that will make me money anyways.
I didn’t like sales, didn’t want to be in sales but one day realized that if I was ever going to have money or run my own business I needed to control the revenue. I worked really hard, made lots of sacrifices and the only regret I have looking over my career is I didn’t think BIG enough.
One way to tap into the tremendous reach of the internet is to build an ecommerce business. By setting up an online shop, you can sell products, services or even information to people from around the world. This is a great way to bring your wares to the masses and generate an income no matter where you live in the world.
Another red flag….when it starts off with the story of a person being dead broke, living on the streets, with 3 pennies to their name, a wife, four kids, and a dog to support (they’re all pretty much the same sad stories) just stop…. ditch the video and forget about it. You’ll be better off in the long run.
Who are they? This is a little different to others, focusing more on social issues and general interest topics. YouGov polls include topics such as politics, public affairs and commercial products. Great if you have big opinions!
It is possible to make good money with the internet and some people do make millions, but they work for it and they learn to leverage the power of the internet to their advantage. It takes skill, commitment and patience, but it can be done honestly.
Who did it:ViralNova founder Scott DeLong was able to launch his site and get it to 200 million monthly pageviews just eight months later. DeLong uses remnant ads (cheap ads like Google AdSense). There are two ads on every page.
