What you offer could be absolutely anything, from writing and translating, social media posting, playing pranks and teaching to creating music, voiceovers and short video clips for people all around the world!
I often wonder how someone can get tricked into spending $50,000 too, but what you and I aren’t seeing is the culture inside MOBE, which is the real monster behind My Millionaire Mentor. Once a person falls for the $49 scam, professional telemarketers take them step by step up each level. These telemarketers are masters of persuasion. I would not want to be on the receiving end of their BS.
“So I’m sitting here in my home office with Ron’s bumper stickers (“The Less I Do, The More I Make” and “Don’t Listen To The Morons, Listen to More Ron”) at eye level, and I thought I would take time from my 24/7 obsession with real estate to send you all at Global a note from LA Land. I’ve been working at this real estate business for some time now, and, like a lot of investors, I’m still trying to figure out what works here and how to make it work for us. Yes, I know real estate works anywhere, but discovering the kind that works best in my backyard, how to find it and do the best deal possible is my goal. That’s why my husband and I signed up with Brian and Lynette Wolff for mentoring. Now that was a smart move. Mentoring wasn’t our top priority at the time, although I did think it would be a good idea. I don’t know what happened, but I decided at the last QTRE Boot Camp that my best and last chance to make this real estate business work was mentoring with the Wolffs. And somehow I also instinctually knew that I could work with these people and together success would be ours. We’ve been in the mentoring program for some time now and we can’t tell you how pleased we are with Wolff’s responses, guidance and support. Those once-a-week phone calls are really a lifesaver. They can find gold in garbage and show us the garbage in what we thought was gold. And I can’t tell you how reassuring it is to know that when we have a question or an issue and send off an e-mail or fax, they respond in an amazingly short time. (I’m sure they’re not standing https://youtu.be/vMXv3VFAnEk the fax machine waiting for our faxes, but it sure seems that way.) I don’t know how they manage to keep everything straight, but they not only have a handle on what we’ve done during the week, but also everything else we talked about on the phone and suggestions for the next week. And just when my spirits are at their lowest – there’s Lynette on the other end of the line, “Hi, guys! How’s it going?” Her enthusiasm should be traded on the stock market. I can’t say for sure if we would still be ‘in the game’ if it hadn’t been for the Wolffs, but I can tell you that you made one of the best decisions in Global history to get them on board as mentors. It sure was the best decision we made to join their team. We’re still trying to discover what works here and what works with us. I am so looking forward to calling up Dennis one Tuesday morning and announcing that, ‘YES! Ron was right! It DOES work here!’ Wall of Fame – here we come.” Students: Pamela Baergen & Alain Carpenter Mentors: Brian & Lynette Wolff
This is a fantastic article and it really has given me help. I want to go to this thing in the summer called Creation Fest and it has music and speackers to celebrate God and it costs a lot! I was looking for help and I found this. $100+ seems easy at first but then your stuck when your my age. Thanks a whole bunch and I will probably come back again.
So I know this a tangent but I want to throw out there that I am a military wife and my husband and I have decided to homeschool our kids. It has really helped us be a bit more free with our real estate adventure but also, we can do real estate math! It may sound nerdy but to show kids a real utility bill, to use an addition problem to see what is needed to complete a room makeover, etc. all actually helps them see what math is needed for. Basic math at least?
People and one woman in particular is one that is a paid actor that does reviews for other things online that are scams in Binary Trading and other things that are flat out lies. Real money making requires some real work and effort.. don’t be fooled. Use common sense….
Hey Neil! Great post, and so approachable/doable too! I had the opportunity to go to some awesome events- actually one where you would soon be speaking, as a matter of fact! Lack of confidence held me back if I’m honest, which is weird as I know many successful people and am seen as successful myself. I have a list of people who agreed to be to interviewed/collaborate but I stupidly held back! A credibility thing I think- I was told by a media expert (paraphrased)-‘why would they give you the time of day’. What would you advise around feeling intimidated and how to overcome it? And how to structire an interview- what to ask!
The MOBE guys are your best friend until they discover you’re not buying their scam. Good for you no going any farther. Losing $49 hurts, but not as much as losing a few thousands. I’m glad you found my post on My Millionaire Mentor helpful and saw the truth before it was too late.
Thanks Brandon. This is one of the best posts I have read in a long time. It’s exactly what I needed to hear today. You have a very thorough and accurate knack for inspiring others by presenting tried and true financial wisdom.
Main game contestants are asked increasingly difficult general knowledge questions by the host. Questions are multiple choice: four possible answers are given (labelled A, B, C and D), and the contestant must choose the correct one. The ‘D’ answer on the first question (except in the Shuffle format like in the US version) is always incorrect and humorous. Upon answering a question correctly, the contestant wins a certain amount of money. In most versions, there is no time limit to answer a question; a contestant may (and often does) take as long as they need to ponder an answer. After the first few questions, the host will ask the contestant if that is their “final answer”. When a contestant says “final” in conjunction with one of the answers, it is official, and cannot be changed. The first five questions usually omit this rule, because the questions are generally so easy that requiring a final answer would significantly slow the game down; thus, there are five chances for the contestant to leave with no money if they were to provide a wrong answer before obtaining the first guaranteed amount; going for 1,000 units of currency after winning 500 units is the last point in the game at which a contestant can still leave empty-handed.
The best part is—-you love what you do. Do your research on wordpress, a hosting company, and pick a hypnotic website name and domain name. Then, just start blogging about a particular interest, hobby, or passion of yours. As you start doing this two things will happen. One—-people are interested in your hobbies because you provided some kind of value in that niche. Two—-you’ll soon discover what works, what doesn’t work, and what people are after. Then, you’ll be able to put a spin on your niche and tailor it to what people want.
I live overseas and often find the programs available for planning and budgeting just do not make sense to me. The guidance that Scott provides can be applied to any household regardless of where in the world you live.”– Parenting Abroad
Diversify portfolio and investments. Don’t keep money in one place. Diversify your portfolio and invest in stocks, real estate, mutual funds, bonds, and other investments recommended by brokers to modify risk. If a risky investment in ShamWow absorbent towels ends up tanking, at least you’ve still got a considerable amount of money in other ventures.

“When I told my family I was going to be a contestant, they were obviously in disbelief,” he said. “And then my mom immediately asked if I planned to take her as my plus-one lifeline. She already assumed the answer was yes.”
“I really disliked my job,” he said, “and I never believed in the idea of getting a fixed wage. I had been a salesman before in the credit card processing business where I would go out and get merchants like restaurants and retailers to switch their business to the company I was selling for. So I figured I could do this but work for myself instead of another company.”
I kept trying to think of more and more things to add to the article, but the fact is, becoming a millionaire requires only diligence and self-control. You do not need to make a ton of money, you do not need to be an investing guru, and you do not need sheer luck. You just need to want it badly enough that you put in the effort and sacrifice required.
8. Go with your gut instincts. If any future money making venture doesn’t seem right to you…..think long and hard there are very few get rich quick schemes that work.Success will only come from hard work.
Take it seriously. Yes, you’re applying for an online job. Yes, you can do the work in your underwear, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a “real job”. You must treat it as such or they aren’t going to treat you as a serious candidate. You aren’t the only one who wants to work in their underwear. In fact, the competition online is likely higher than it is in your local area.
There is no valuable product inside. NONE. All you get, after giving them 138$ of your hard earned money is the “right” to promote their program to others… effectively scamming those other people. Yes, that is 138$ to become a scammer yourself! I’m sure that’s not what you were looking for.
Out of all contestants that have played the game, few have been able to win the top prize on any international version of the show. The first was John Carpenter, who won the top prize on the U.S. version on 19 November 1999. Carpenter did not use a lifeline until the final question, using his Phone-a-Friend not for help but to call his father to tell him he had won the million.
If you’ve got a good presence on social media or perhaps you even have a blog or website, you can start bringing in money immediately by promoting all sorts of companies, products, services and offers online.
They organize political campaigns related to the day’s issues to raise awareness and push for new laws. They then pay people like you and me to call constituents or advocates who may also be interested in the issues at hand.
Only one in every 400 U.S. households makes more than $1 million a year. But one out of every 15 U.S. households has at least $1 million in assets. (This measure includes things like stocks, bonds and investment properties, but it doesn’t count equity in the home you live in.)
Many students work part-time or during the summer months, and others will be on placements or paid internships. More often than not, if you are a student working during the year, you will be overpaying income tax.
Asking for help wasn’t my forte, but I had to make it happen. Within months I had a lawyer, editor, personal trainer, part-time chef, and other personnel. It cost me a fortune at first, but eventually helped push me into the million-dollar mark. Most people won’t ask for help because their ego is in the way.
The fourth principle that allowed me to become a millionaire is probably the most important. While a lot of people talk a big game when it comes to their financial “wins,” not everyone backs their words up with action.
