“In most cases, your net worth mirrors the level of your closest friends,” explains Siebold. “Exposure to people who are more successful than you are has the potential to expand your thinking and catapult your income. The reality is, millionaires think differently from the middle class about money, and there’s much to be gained by being in their presence.”

Our brain cannot store all the information we receive, but you can be in control of what your brain stores. Keep that in mind.

The way Ty Warner built his empire is remarkable. He never advertised his products or sold them in major chain stores, like Toys-R-Us. This made the toys harder to obtain and thus more desirable. In addition, Ty would retire certain models after the initial stock-run had sold out, making the few that existed prized possessions.

Most of these sites like Stuvia & Notesale are free for you to list your notes but tend to take a cut of your profit in order to handle the marketing etc so that you don’t have to go out there and promote your notes yourself.

It might not sound like a lot of money, but when you have thousands of people who buy this scam, the amount of money will add up how to become a millionaire in your 30s millions! I guess this is the main reason why “scammers” like this John Doe guy do this kind of things. This is really an “ugly” way to make money and a good example of how the rich get richer and it is always the completely uneducated who makes them rich.

eBay – Of course you can’t read an article about making money online that doesn’t mention eBay. You can start an eBay store and get serious about it or you can just sell some stuff to declutter your home. Either way, I’ve made my fair share from selling on eBay and it’s still a popular way to earn money. If you decide to start an actual eBay store, you’ll want to find a drop-ship business like Doba that will store and ship items straight to your customers so you don’t have to deal with an inventory.

First, while it is true that MOBE pays very high commissions (from $1,250 to $5,500) but hey – to get these high commissions, you must find people who can fork out thousands of dollars in the first place.

Action item: Register as a Reporter on HARO and submit a query. If your site has an Alexa Rank of one million or less, this will be more effective. If it doesn’t, keep cranking away, and you will eventually get there.

I hate that there are so many groups out their praying on desperate people and scamming them! When you’re desperate, it’s hard to see through all the lies. You want to make money and quick, but how? Who can you trust?

Great post by Jaime. I have not seen his shows but i guess he is expert in his field. His language and confidance on his topic make this post more impressive. But i think you should change your mindset if you want more traffic than you should interview famous person not only rich person. Basically this is my idea only.

During the U.S. Millionaire’s Super Millionaire spin-off, two new lifelines were introduced: “Double Dip”, which allowed the contestant to make two guesses at a question, but required them to play out the question, forbidding them to walk away or use any further lifelines; and “Three Wise Men”, in which the contestant was allowed to ask a sequestered panel of three people chosen by the producers (one of which was usually a former Millionaire winner and at least one being female), appearing via face-to-face audio and video feeds, which answer they believed was correct, within a time limit of thirty seconds. When the clock format was implemented, Double Dip replaced the 50:50 lifeline,[4] and the show also introduced a new lifeline called “Ask the Expert”, similar to Three Wise Men but only had one person (usually a celebrity or a former Millionaire contestant) functioning as an expert instead of a panel of three people, lacked the time limit of its predecessor, and allowed the contestant and expert to discuss the question. Ask the Expert was originally available after the fifth question,[12] but was moved to the beginning of the game after Phone-a-Friend was removed. In fact, the Hong Kong version introduced the “Ask the Expert” lifeline in an extra-length celebrity special in a one-off basis in 2001 (once again in 2018 celebrity special over two episodes), while the celebrity contestants may ask a panel of the experts instead of the original Phone-a-Friend lifeline; however, unlike the American version’s Ask the Expert, the experts were present in the audience, and the questions are visible to them.

You will end up like the other “victims” that gave in to this millionaire mentor scam and trying to sell it, even if you know it is a bullshit product. Do not be the next person who try to post positive reviews about some bullshit that DO NOT even work in any way.

No I’ve never paid any money for this product; so I can’t say that I’ve used it. But seriously he’ll give you a new car after making five sales? YEAH, HE MIGHT GIVE YOU A CAR. BUT GUESS WHO WILL BE PAYING THE MONTHLY CAR NOTE.

Well, that all depends on how much you save. If you’re shooting to make a million in 10 years, you’re probably going to need to live on 50% of your income or less. (As a benchmark, you need to save about $1,000 a week and average a 12% interest rate to reach $1 million in 10 years. That’s a very hefty savings and optimistic growth rate, but it is doable.) Regardless, save early and often. If you do it consistently, you’ll be on your way to becoming a millionaire.

Thank you so much for this great post Brandon. It’s well written and loaded with great information and links to other resources. I just signed up and am looking forward to starting down this path. I’m a business owner and have been for many years, however it’s not a business system which runs on its own without me being intimately involved in the day to day affairs. I essentially own a job. Looking to free myself from this within the next few years. My main strategy will be real estate investing. And my main resource for financial education will be your site. Thanks again!

  1. 5. IMMEDIATE INCOME PRODUCING INVESTMENTS.  You don’t want to RUN a business, you want to OWN businesses.  PASSIVE investments that work hard so you don’t have to!  The Fastest way to create wealth is by using LEVERAGE when you acquire these passive income streams.  When you operate like the rich do,  (the banks) you can leverage your money 10 to 1,   40 to 1, or 100 to 1.  You can make 100 times more money using LEVERAGE!
You can keep trying, but this is exactly how most of us will become a millionaire. It’s not glamorous like winning the nobel prize but no one will bother you (that’s a good thing when you are wealthy) because no one will ever know you are rich either.
