“So I’m sitting here in my home office with Ron’s bumper stickers (“The Less I Do, The More I Make” and “Don’t Listen To The Morons, Listen to More Ron”) at eye level, and I thought I would take time from my 24/7 obsession with real estate to send you all at Global a note from LA Land. I’ve been working at this real estate business for some time now, and, like a lot of investors, I’m still trying to figure out what works here and how to make how to become a millionaire as a programmer work for us. Yes, I know real estate works anywhere, but discovering the kind that works best in my backyard, how to find it and do the best deal possible is my goal. That’s why my husband and I signed up with Brian and Lynette Wolff for mentoring. Now that was a smart move. Mentoring wasn’t our top priority at the time, although I did think it would be a good idea. I don’t know what happened, but I decided at the last QTRE Boot Camp that my best and last chance to make this real estate business work was mentoring with the Wolffs. And somehow I also instinctually knew that I could work with these people and together success would be ours. We’ve been in the mentoring program for some time now and we can’t tell you how pleased we are with Wolff’s responses, guidance and support. Those once-a-week phone calls are really a lifesaver. They can find gold in garbage and show us the garbage in what we thought was gold. And I can’t tell you how reassuring it is to know that when we have a question or an issue and send off an e-mail or fax, they respond in an amazingly short time. (I’m sure they’re not standing by the fax machine waiting for our faxes, but it sure seems that way.) I don’t know how they manage to keep everything straight, but they not only have a handle on what we’ve done during the week, but also everything else we talked about on the phone and suggestions for the next week. And just when my spirits are at their lowest – there’s Lynette on the other end of the line, “Hi, guys! How’s it going?” Her enthusiasm should be traded on the stock market. I can’t say for sure if we would still be ‘in the game’ if it hadn’t been for the Wolffs, but I can tell you that you made one of the best decisions in Global history to get them on board as mentors. It sure was the best decision we made to join their team. We’re still trying to discover what works here and what works with us. I am so looking forward to calling up Dennis one Tuesday morning and announcing that, ‘YES! Ron was right! It DOES work here!’ Wall of Fame – here we come.” Students: Pamela Baergen & Alain Carpenter Mentors: Brian & Lynette Wolff

In 2007, Bryan was a manager at Sears. He quit his job and within two years was making over a million a year. Eventually Braintree grew much bigger and raised $70 million from Accel and others, but that wasn’t what was interesting to me.

Both should have a vast range of knowledge in the business you are in. Plus the position they are in, is the one you dream to be in on a daily basis. Most highly successful people value their time the most, so what they do is they have filters that filter out the people who aren’t really serious about doing what is necessary to achieve the success they desire. You have to show them that you really want it and you are willing to hustle for it.

 10.  VIRTUAL REAL ESTATE!  Why buy single family real estate and make $100 or so a month in net profit while tieing up your credit, your money, having to pay property taxes,  hire management, deal with empty rentals, and all the headaches that go with real estate.  What do you think a website is?  Its virtual real estate.  Its hybrid digital-physical piece of real estate that can produce MILLIONS a year in revenue.  We all know about, Facebook, Amazon, EBay, etc.  But the fact is there are TENS OF THOUSANDS of websites that produce BILLIONS in profits a year. Many of these websites are for sale,   just like real estate is.  We have resources who sell these virtual pieces of real estate with profits ranging from $300 a month to several hundred thousand dollars a month.   The best part is that you don’t need to be an expert at anything.  If you want AUTO-PILOT money this is a great way to do it.

I’m looking into making some revinue online, I have a blog and I’m trying to get a google adsense accoung. once thats approved I can start posting advertsiements to my blogs. Along with that i’m using amazon Mechanical Turk. I just started these two internet moneymaking tools, I guess next month I will make another comment and let everyone know how it works out for me!

Hi! I’m Megan. I love all things personal finance, debt management, frugality, and healthy living. I’m on a journey to financial freedom, and I hope you’ll benefit from the wisdom and knowledge I share along the way.

If you are smart and open minded, you will assemble a team during the test running of your idea because few will see potential in your idea and will want to be part of it. If this happens, then you need to be selective of who you bring on board as team member. But if not, then you will need to find your own team. Whichever way it works, just make sure your selected team members sign an agreement highlighting their roles and stakes to avoid future dispute.

On average I spend about 10-20 hours a week on the blog, so my effective hourly rate is about $100-$200 over the month, which is amazing, but I know I can push it even higher. I just need to find more time. Blogging is one of my favorite things to do in the world, but I’m also writing a book and manage two other companies, and a number of other income streams – so I don’t have as much time to put into this project as I would like.

I recently started a new blog called Project DB9 and am literally trying every online way to make money I can get my hands on. I found this blog while doing research for some new ideas and signed up for Mechanical Turk. It’s tedious but I will give it a shot for a week or so and post the results here for everyone to see.

ABOUT THE FREE TRAINING: At the end of the training, I’ll be making an offer for people who want to have access to a platform that will help implement what they learn on the training and more. This is completely optional. The free training video lasts about 15 minutes and if you don’t want the platform, you can leave without buying anything.

Well, if you know everything already, why aren’t you a millionaire? Don’t be a smart bum that knows everything. Be a millionaire that got started reading and applying every common sense advice ever written.

But when you find a way to serve a million people, many other benefits follow. The effect of word of mouth is greatly magnified. The feedback you receive is exponentially greater–and so are your opportunities to improve your products and services. You get to hire more employees and benefit from their experience, their skills, and their overall awesomeness.

This is one question that has gone through my mind a thousand times. If it is so obvious that with some patience, hardwork and focus, we can turn our little pennies into millions of dollars, why are we not all rich yet?

Recently that I became a part of this new SnappyGo approach to trip planning. So far I only have experience on the Travel Advisor side of things. Basically, when someone is planning a trip to Sydney and doesn´t have the time or desire to search through piles of online reviews, or maybe they just want more trustworthy, specific tailor-made advice, they go to SnappyGo. You probably already know how it works, with the ´8 dimensions of travel compatibility´ technology. So if that person has the same broad interests as me, such as adventure, nightlife and eco-friendly, I can bid on the job and so far it seems that chances are I´ll get it.

Like the other companies identified, Nike has taken small steps over time to significantly impact millions of people. Their brand stands alone, yet they have adapted through upgraded designs, embraced new technologies moving from print to social media platforms and adapted to the needs of their audience.

Almost every small business would like to grow its revenues, but most are only working with teams of a few employees. While some marketing and growth tactics that work well for large corporations can be applied to small businesses, many cannot, and growing a new business from scratch is even more unique.

For example, I’m a blogger and writer by trade. I get paid to create content. However, I can also sell digital courses where I teach other people how to become well-paid writers. Or, I can self-publish and sell books on the topic on Amazon. I can also make money in affiliate sales by recommending the products I use to run my business.

Great read..It took me a little longer to slow down the improved qualitiy of life pace..I am now 40 have over 150k annually income but just starting out on the savings & retirement..No wife, kids or debt..but what chance do I have to retire at 60?

Make sure to read the fine print on rental sites. Some don’t charge any fees to the buyers and sellers, but some charge a rental commission of 3% to 5% per order. You’ll need to price your wares accordingly to account for any commission handed over to the company!

The principles that I have followed out of grad school seems to have correspond to the article. At my age as part of the mid-end of the gen X, it seems that reaching the status of millionaire doesn’t reduce the anxiety of how to provide for the family. I still worry about the same things as before, but at perhaps at a different level. I admit getting to the first million was relatively easy with luck and good planning, but I thought I would have been much better off by now. It is also very tough to maintain with a bad economy. Forget about buying the Lamborghini or the large estate, it’s time to hold what you have.

JP teaches network marketers how to build a real business. Far from a hater, he still LOLs at 3-way calls and building “downlines”. If you like Monday morning conversations with your kids by the pool, you might like this.

I feel annoyed that people would actually waste so much of their time and money on scams like these. What’s even worse is the fact that you were able to point out hired actors within all of this. Even though it’s not hard to believe I didn’t this sites would go as far as putting in actors.

I often wonder how someone can get tricked into spending $50,000 too, but what you and I aren’t seeing is the culture inside MOBE, which is the real monster behind My Millionaire Mentor. Once a person falls for the $49 scam, professional telemarketers take them step by step up each level. These telemarketers are masters of persuasion. I would not want to be on the receiving end of their BS.

It takes delivering real value that people will benefit from. It takes an almost-altruistic attitude of doing the most amount of work for the least initial return. If you’ve come across some system that all-but guarantees you’ll get rich, scrutinize it before buying into the hype.

–  You don’t have to be the best at marketing, you just need to know enough to get the job done.  Once you do, sales will be your focus.  I love using webinars to sell because it’s a great way to build your audience as well.  Start with an online bootcamp because you can start selling without having a product (this is key!).

Many parodies of Millionaire have capitalised on the “final answer” catchphrase. In the United States, the phrase was popularised by Philbin during his tenure as the host of that country’s version,[37] to the extent that TV Land listed it in its special 100 Greatest TV Quotes and Catchphrases, which aired in 2006.[70]

One way is to submit your site to website directories, which is very tedious and time-consuming. That is why many webmaster and blogger who are busy with other aspects of running their online business, hire people to do it for them.

Invest in business. Starting your own business or buying into one can be a solid way to make money. Create or choose a company that offers a product or service that you would buy yourself, and put time and money toward improving it. Learn about the industry to differentiate good and bad business investments.

For example, in the late aughts I knew I was spending a lot but I didn’t know it was almost as much as I was earning. Through tracking my money came awareness, and that lead me to making a decision in 2010 to set a goal to become financially independent.

Great companies gather evidence about their capabilities by firing small bullets before they launch a missile. They invest in data to validate where they are heading. They don’t start firing and hope they hit or miss.

  1. Meeting millionaires is one thing, but being able to call them a friend or mentor is a huge asset. Networking with so many people has offered me many opportunities to go to millionaires and ask for their advice. They check in with me, and I ask strategic questions.
“When I first started, for each new customer we’d put together an entire package for our credit card processor on why we thought the customer could be trusted and would be a legitimate merchant.” Which leads to…
Getting rich and becoming a millionaire is a taboo topic. Telling someone that you can get it done in five or ten years sounds like an unrealistic and outrageous fantasy. Pull it off and society will suggest that keep your financial success on the ‘down low’ or be labeled a greedy, gluttonous elitist.
