Being a millionaire isn’t a ticket to mansions, yachts and caviar, as it once was, but the goal is more reachable than ever. According to Phoenix Marketing International, a firm that tracks the affluent market, about 5.8% of U.S. households now have investable assets of $1 million or more.
Great post! You touched upon many key points to ensure wealth building. Personally, I follow several of these steps and I believe I share several of the mentioned mindset traits. I was fortunate enough to learn about finance at a young age, so I was able to jump on retirement savings early.
The 21-step mentoring program that Ryan is trying to sell you is, in fact, one of the best-selling products of MOBE. That’s why he is trying to hide the company name (MOBE) in his sales pitch. And that’s why the My Millionaire Mentor sign-up button sends you to the MOBE page:
Thanks so much for your ideas xD I find this kind of coincidental but I am actually a member of One Source Talent and hoping to get an acting or modeling carrier! I am also doing a bit of photography and writing some ideas for books I might like writing. I do however make websites, but they aren’t for a profit. I am quite young and not exactly sure how to make online profit…

Fancy yourself a good designer? Try your hand at creating a logo or other design that a company loves! 99 Designs is the most popular marketplace. Beware, however; you won’t get paid unless your logo wins against many others, which makes many designers unhappy. In my opinion, this is a great way for a budding designer to build a portfolio and learn quickly what clients love.
Don’t use a credit card much, all the excessive spending will come back to haunt you, and you may end in debt. Try getting a debit card for daily purchases, they’re a lot easier to deal with. Use your credit card only for emergencies, and to establish your good credit.
These allow you to invest additional funds after you have maximized all of your retirement account options. Brokerage (cash) accounts can also serve as good savings vehicles for a particular goal, such as a home or yacht. Be aware, you’ll need to pay taxes on the income generated in these accounts in the year that it is paid. (For further reading on how finding a broker, see Brokers and Online Trading.)
Hey Tim, I just finished watching your How to make millions DVD. It was awesome, I have learned so much. The different strategies are a big help, I haven’t found mine but I’m tweaking all of the ones I seen in the DVD or getting idea’s from them. I wouldn’t waste 30+ hours of my life watching just some random DVD, this truly has been inspiring. -JRuark

It might take 40 years to make your first million in stocks if you go for that slow and steady 7% return. But trading isn’t the same as investing. And volatile penny stocks aren’t your slow and steady investments…
For those who are struggling financially, keep in mind one thing: you’d be surprised how motivated and successful you are when you NEED to succeed. For example, I’m self-employed. I NEED to succeed at being a virtual assistant, and I NEED to succeed at being a blogger, otherwise my husband and I don’t eat! Let the desperation drive you. 🙂
Now is the time for all current and potential app developers to stand at attention and start cashing in on a trend that’s sure to be in place for years. Consumers’ appetites for apps are simply insatiable, so why shouldn’t you play a part in satisfying them by creating and selling your own cool and useful apps?
In other words, can you create systems that work within your business and function with or without you? Can your business grow without you being involved in every aspect? Or are you simply building a job with an income cap? Yes, you might be able to make a living with a business that revolves only around you, but you’ll likely never scale to a level that will make you incredibly wealthy. Treat your business like a machine that has replaceable parts, and seek to make that machine run as smoothly as it can.
Work toward $1 million a year in revenue backwards. If you want your business to earn $1 million a year, that means you must make $83,333 a month, or $20,833 a week, or $4,166 per business day. That is a lot of money to earn every business day, but what new products or services could you add now that could possibly earn that much within one to two years? Think in terms of leverage, jack ma how to become a millionaire systems and residual passive income streams. Every minute of time you spend should be seen as an investment.
You make good points in this post. Millionaires have a different mindset when it comes to money. Millionaires view money as a means to generate more income not as something to be spent on self-indulgent consumption. They don’t see the money itself, but rather the income that the money can produce.
If that seems too hard, check out sites like AirBnB, which help you rent safely and ensure you get paid. I used this service when traveling in Switzerland with a friend and can confirm it is a great service.
I’ve put the Tony Robbins tapes back in repeat mode. The tapes helped me before and they can help again. The same is true for you. You’ve had success habits before that have got you out of a rough patch. In times of crisis, using them again can be very helpful.
Many budding entrepreneurs strive to pass through step one to five, only to bypass step six and proceed to seven. This single business mistake has resulted in the death or painful loss of brilliant ideas and opportunities. I have also seen smart entrepreneurs being launched into a world of tremendous wealth simply because they protected their ideas.
Believe you can do it. You can, so don’t let your limiting beliefs tell you that you are not smart enough, talented enough, were not raised in the right location, had the wrong parental instruction, or anything else. If you want it, you can get it.
Very good review, Gary. I’ve seen ads for My Millionaire Mentor and I’ve wondered what it’s all about. When things seem too good to be true, they usually are and this just looks like another online scam used to take people’s money. I’m not interested in doing any kind of MLM schemes. I’d rather take time to learn something and make an honest living. 🙂
If I have a blog that is getting 100,000 page views a month that means that I’m probably getting at least 50,000 people to the site (most blogs will do between 1.2 to 1.4 pages per session). That means I have to try and get some small percentage of those people to buy something from me if I really want to do well. If I can’t get them to buy something then (in some cases) I have ads running on the site that will make me money anyways.
Have you ever wondered how certain people on social media get so many followers in what it seems like such a short period of time? There are of course many different ways to do this, and It’s a lot easier if you’re a celebrity or household name.
But unfortunately, a vast majority of them are crap. The formula is simple and usually the same – sign up for my free webinar where I will share all of my secrets with you, then comes the free 1-3 hour webinar where oddly the person gives away very little value. The free webinar usually includes a tutorial of some kind, like how to set up and run Facebook ads, or Google ads, or set up email drip campaigns, but there is rarely anything of substantive value. In reality, they are just giant sales pitches – just by signing up you’ve already given the person your email (insanely valuable since they can start emailing you immediately) and then when you attend the webinar or follow the video series.
Think about the core skills and competencies you offer and make sure to market yourself accordingly. The top industries for online and work-from-home jobs include finance and insurance, sales, business services, technology and human resources, according to job-search site ZipRecruiter. And according to freelancing platform Upwork, these are the top lucrative skills for freelancers along with average hourly pay:
These are all good to do. I look to them as investments. You need to understand that your money is at risk, but minimal compared to HYIP’s and pyramid schemes that plauge the internet. I find them by searching traffic exchanges. By reading the fine print and examining how profits are made, you can make good choices with your money.
