I actually have my own personal horror story to share here which occurred during my first year selling on Amazon. One day, I was checking up on my listings when I noticed that products from our online store were being listed on Amazon without my permission.

The only thing that I can say is that it helps to know someone who works at Amazon who might be able to divert some attention to your account. Other than that, you are placed in the same queue as everyone else.
I have had to return more items this year than all the years in the past, I was truly shipped the wrong items or damaged or expired goods. For your other images, try showing some different angles of your product, show it being used by different people. Maybe also include a photo of it with it’s packaging, which you can do at a later date when you do have the packaging. You can upload up to 9 images on your listing, so you want to use them all up. But at the beginning, at least get 4 or 5 to start with.

Be interactive with the customer. Ask them about the products, offer them post sale service. Wish them on the occasions like Birthday, Marriage Anniversary, and others. Offer them discount as returning visitors.
Add a condition note, about your exact product. The condition note allows you to add extra information about the condition of your item. Use this to inform customers about details which are not already explicit in the description given by Amazon. You may also like to add a note about your service. Examples:
Budget. Estimate your earnings and expenses. Break down expenses into categories, such as advertising and marketing and operating expenses. E&O insurance, taxes, rent, tech support, Web and phone service, and janitorial services all go into this category.
Scroll down a bit, you’ll see list a new product, and you’ll notice that Amazon wants you to search for your product name. If you type it in here, it will find existing listings. Now this isn’t what you want to do, this is more for wholesaling or retail arbitrage, where you want to sell somebody else’s product.

Now in terms of the packaging, we recommend getting it customized. This sets your product further apart from the competition. The sooner you can get this done, the better, because it will take a couple of weeks for them to produce it. So ask your supplier for the different packaging options that come with your product, select the one that you like the most, and then ask them for a template.
Once your business has been established, your products are ready for sale, and all the bugs have been worked out of the site, you are ready for the official launch. After the launch, you will need to work hard on your ecommerce marketing and advertising strategies to grow your base of loyal customers.
