“how much do i need to be a millionaire how much did des and chris get on who wants to be a millionaire”

Tepper’s big bets suggest that he knew this quaint form of capitalism was long gone. So, while most investors were fleeing financial stocks in terror, Tepper had the cojones to buy them up cheap. Cojones—literally. According to the Wall Street Journal , Tepper “keeps a brass replica of a pair of testicles in a prominent spot on his desk, a present from former employees. He rubs the gift for luck during the trading day to get a laugh out of colleagues” (Zuckerman 2009).

That “urgent” email from a wealthy Nigerian Prince who claims to have a fortune with our names on it, to the blaring online video by the latest rambling internet marketer who swears we can get rich by using their system, to the late-night infomercial that beckons us to try a simple system that countless others have used to get rich, we’ve just about seen it all, haven’t we?

Even people who live in modest homes, drive used cars and go camping on their vacations can undermine their thriftiness by committing money missteps. Overspending on children, for example, can be a big temptation, and it’s particularly strong when it’s time to send your kids to college. If you reduce or eliminate contributions to your savings plans to pay for college, you’ll be hard-pressed to make up for those lost years of compounding. A better strategy:

The format in the Play It! attraction was very similar to that of the television show that inspired it. When a show started, a “Fastest Finger” question was given, and the audience was asked to put the four answers in order; the person with the fastest time was the first contestant in the Hot Seat for that show. However, the main game had some differences: for example, contestants competed for points rather than dollars, the questions were set to time limits, and the Phone-a-Friend lifeline became Phone a Complete Stranger which connected the contestant to a Disney cast member outside the attraction’s theatre who would find a guest to help. After the contestant’s game was over, they were awarded anything from a collectible pin, to clothing, to a Millionaire CD game, to a 3-night Disney Cruise.[100]

In theory, a disclaimer that the results are not guaranteed is normal for a training program. But My Millionaire Mentor is not training program. And what’s concerning is how they lie to you in the sales video, saying you will be making money easily and automatically using their program. When in reality, they say at least 5 times in their disclaimer that you have absolutely no guarantee of making any money. That’s because they want to be free of any legal responsibility once you buy their scam. And what about all these real people *cough* actors *cough* saying they made all this money using their program? Well it’s written black on white in the disclaimer: “examples of the product owner’s and other person’s results do not represent an indication of future success or earnings”.

You have seen those directory sites that have a list of specific sites in different categories. Set one up for yourself. Gather a list of sites and sources related to a specific niche and list them on your site.

My third company, Cardone Acquisitions was started with ten years of saved money (remember the sacred accounts). I invested $350,000, a large part of my net worth at the time into my first apartment deals. That company has done over $500,000,000 in real estate transactions. All that was possible because of steps 1-8 with the goal of having money do the heavy lifting.

The surest way to make a million bucks in stocks is to go for growth and not worry so much about the price. Your chances of earning spectacular returns improve if you hop aboard companies that are generating equally spectacular sales and profit growth. And you don’t need to take a flier on small technology firms.

For those 21 days, you would have been putting all the effort and hardwork to double your money. The thing is, the money actually doubles, but not fast enough. In fact, if you were told that your $10,485 (on Day 21) would grow to over $5 million within the next nine days, I’m so sure you would never believe it. But it does!

As a final note, this is my ten step guide to making a million dollars fast in less than a year. Reading this article will never make you a millionaire, implementing the tactics or steps will. If you are determined and committed to the process, you will make a million dollars. At this point, I leave you with this quote:

Even though it is often stressed that counting to precisely a million would be an exceedingly tedious task due to the time and concentration required, there are many ways to bring the number “down to size” in approximate quantities, ignoring irregularities or packing effects.

There are prejudices to be shed, before you can believe it’s even possible to amass a million dollars in your life — despite all the disadvantages you currently believe about yourself. You must unapologetically overcome ALL of them, every single one. “I earl shoaff how to become a millionaire …” won’t get your there.

The truth is, the only one that can decide what to do is you.  You have to make the choice to earn more.  Making a million dollars by 25 may not be important to you.  Instead, you’d rather focus on traveling and adventures.   That’s okay.  But if you do want to be a young millionaire – that’s possible too!

Over the years, i have met individuals with brilliant business ideas but surprising enough, they don’t know what to do with such ideas and before you know it, someone else picks this same idea and make millions out of it. One of the worst regrets to have is to see an idea you envisaged being capitalized upon by someone else, simply because you did not act fast. Do you want to live a life of regret? If no, then here’s a practical guide on how to make millions of dollars fast from your business ideas.

The 2-hour presentation that you can watch above literally gives you all the details on the program, what it involves and how you can join. To me this is the perfect thing for someone who either doesn’t have a clue how to make money and wants to get started or someone who has a business but doesn’t really know how to grow and scale it and wants Tai’s help to grow the business and be successful. Tai Lopez has helped many other companies and businesses to go from nothing to 6 and even 7 figures.

Personally, I don’t believe this is a real mentoring program but rather just a plain old affiliate program and as they have stated, in writing, “Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, their ideas and techniques.” Which basically means you are on your own!

Such websites purchase photos from anyone. Even if you feel that the images are not worth selling, just give it a try. Very often, the most neglected pictures of everyday objects do the trick, like a simple pen and paper.

The only reason to save money is to invest it. Put your saved money into secured, sacred (untouchable) accounts. Never use these accounts for anything, not even an emergency. This will force you to continue to follow step one (increase income). To this day, at least twice a year, I am broke because I always invest my surpluses into ventures I cannot access.

Thank you very much for your comment Alexis. You are right, those videos with only voice over PowerPoint presentations are extremely poor. I understand, it is much easier, cheaper, and also safer to produce. First, they don’t need to rent luxury villas, privates jets, Ferraris, etc. Second, they don’t need to hire actors. And third, if the guy in the video (only the voice) says that he is a super-duper success story John Smith but never show you any photo of himself, how on Earth can you prove he is a genuine person. Most probably he is not.

What motivates me is thinking about all the people with seemingly successful businesses who, in my humble opinion, are far less qualified and competent than me. More important than anything else, these people take action. I’m learning to do the same.

I couldn’t disagree more. The concept of systematic saving and hoping for a solid average return in the markets isn’t something that I believe in anymore. I’m 32, and have been investing in the markets since I was 18, under the assumption that if I set up automatic contributions throughout my life I would ultimately be “rich”. I started by maxing out my SEP-IRA and then by maxing my Roth. I invest monthly in a range of products, again, all with the goal of cost averaging the market to my benefit over time. Fast forward 14 years from when I began, and I have accumulated less than $60k. My invested dollar amount exceeds my current total, as it did even at the recent market highs in 2007. In other words, investing for the long haul doesn’t work like it used to, particularly for my generation. The first decade of wage earning is the most important in terms of compounding interest, and we have just experienced a completely lost decade. The hopes for recovery to make up for that lost decade (14 yrs in my case) do not appear reasonable. David

Average cost per rental: Hosts can charge renters whatever rate they want. Costs depend a lot on the host’s location, though. The recommended nightly price for a private bedroom in New York City, for example, is about $100. Airbnb takes a 3% host fee.

Of course, it doesn’t start out like that. You’ve got to build your portfolio and your résumé, blah blah blah. If you’re interested in writing, I’m sure you know this. If you’re not interested in writing, I wouldn’t recommend traveling down this road just for the money.

MTTB program is 21 steps, each step about 10 to 30 min video from Matt Llyod: subject business types, Business Mindset, Franchise,… You are required to schedule a 10 minute call with a coach who will discuss with you the progress and than she/he give you access to the next step. Investing can seem intimidating if you haven’t started yet. But it doesn’t have to be. Check out these investment strategies for beginners to get you started on the right path. You can also start by opening a 401k plan with your employer, or opening a Roth IRA.

As a “looker”, you join a family of over 20,000 who are dispatched based on their skills and experience.  You must pass a background check, dress and appear professional, work with the onsite contacts in a friendly way and have the ability to do your “looks” via a smart phone.

I made him aware of what was happening, and he immediately shifted his emotional posture. He realized how dramatically his mood was affecting me. His motivation shifted from consuming an experience to creating something great.

Do a bit of research and due diligence. How much are people renting out their homes in your area on sites like AirBnB? What’s the going rate and just how do those homes compare to your own home? There are a lot of issues to cover if you’re thinking about doing this, so don’t expect to profit simply from it. The more care and attention you put to the finer details here, the better it will be.

You made tons of really good points, and yeah I guess for myself its just a overall view with all my expenditures and not just in a few areas but all of them…yikes I got a lotta work to do! Helpful story thank so much 🙂

If you don’t even want to set up your own website you can go directly through Amazon’s Kindle Direct Publishing to reach millions of people instantly. Of course, you are dealing with a lot of competition but I know authors that make over $40,000 a month with their Kindle books.

Earlier this summer, North drove to Boston on a whim to audition for the show “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?” What he never imagined was that he would actually be chosen as a contestant on the show.
