“how to be a credit card millionaire how to actually be a millionaire in real life”

Be self employed or build a business. You can make a million dollars by being an entrepreneur. Yea, you can make a million dollars by building a business or simply by being self employed like a forex trader, stock trader, craft man, etc. This was exactly how i made my money. To achieve this, you need initiative, skills and knowledge of the business you are venturing into.

Step three. Productize your service. Let’s say in the Facebook example above. Come up with a way a business can auto-post onto the fanpage timeline their latest offers, polls, etc. Products create more value than services as far as business acquirors are concerned because it follows along the  dictum of “make money while you sleep”. In the age-related diagnostics newsletter example – find software to scour the FDA database about new submissions that you then collate into your newsletter. And so on. I know one person who is an expert on how to find lists of “rent to own” homes. He quickly made a database, put it online, charged a subscription fee to get access to the database, marketed on Google, and is now making $300,000 a month within two months after launching. He’s 27 years old and never went to college. He can do it. So you can also. If he wanted to sell for one million dollars today to a company like Zillow for instance, they’d pay him that in a heartbeat. Since I’m an investor in his company I’m hoping he eventually sells for a lot more than that.

I’m not going to sugarcoat it for you– it definitely takes some time to make money on a website. I estimate that I spent at least 500 hours building and writing for Millennial Money before I made my first $1. I just did it because I loved. You really gotta love it to put in the time. Ninety percent of the blogs I see these days last less than 6 months – people just burn out which is easy to burn to do when your blog doesn’t have any traffic and it’s not making any money.

Jen made it her mission to learn about personal finance, entrepreneurship, investing, and building wealth. The couple saved as much as they could, lived on less, and followed her financial plan. By age 40, they were debt free with a net worth of over $1 million! “The morning I calculated our net worth to be north of one million dollars, we were living in a rented apartment, driving a six-year-old car, and wearing used consignment store clothes,” writes Smith. “At age 40, we were “closet” millionaires.”

It doesn’t have to be a specific business. There are many business ideas; search a need for a particular business in your surrounding area, do the SWOT analysis to see if it will work, then do an initiation. Being well-known will come once you’ve become established and achieved success.

So, if currently 6% of all dog owners have heard of your business, how do we increase that percentage to, let’s say, 9%? Perhaps advertising, such as a billboard or direct mail marketing? Perhaps asking for referrals from current customers? Perhaps through writing incredible blog posts and encouraging them to go viral on social media? There are hundreds, if not thousands, of correct answers to this question of how, and as the expert in your business, it’s up to you to decide.

–  Be as consistent as possible.  No one is going to hand you a million dollars.  It took me a few years of constant 14 hour days of hustling to the point we generated our first 7 figures.  Now I’m able to leverage my time and money to create greater products and live my lifestyle at the next level.

When I attend a conference, I like to have an event to invite people to. That means I get all of their cell phone numbers to be able to text them the location and time. It feels exclusive, so people ask if they can invite other people.

Tasks such as differentiating pictures from a text, rewriting a sentence, pointing out the difference in 2 seemingly identical images, transcribing audio files, liking someone on Facebook or following them on twitter, and so on.

Although June is typically not a stressful time for most college students, North spent several weeks of his summer diving into his preparation, studying everything from history to linguistics to pop culture. Most importantly, North took the time to watch every episode from each previous season of the show.

Compound interest is a real thing. If you put 10 percent of your income into your investments over a long enough period of time, you’ll be set. Unlike the majority of high earners out there, you’ll be able to stop working whenever you want, because your money is making more than enough for you to comfortably live on.

iWriter – iWriter pays up to $15 for each accepted post. That may seem small, but they aren’t as strict as many of the others above and they also allow you to pick exactly what you write. You can write as many or as few articles as you want.

But wait! One million dollars today has the spending power of about $240,900 in 1977 dollars. If we experience similar inflation in the next 40 years, your future million will also be worth just $240,900 in today’s dollars.

Subscription – If you think of something valuable (newsletter, online magazine, etc.) that you can consistently offer on a certain basis (weekly, monthly, etc.), you may want to offer a subscription service. This could be a fee charged each time your product is sent out or on a monthly basis. Either way, this has to be something that your customers can only get by subscribing to your website.

Who did it: A few years ago, a man named Daren said he made $100,000 on Airbnb off his London rental. A man named Jeff said he had made $90,000 from his Paris rental. Here are a bunch of other people running six-figure businesses off Airbnb. There don’t seem to be any Airbnb millionaires yet.

Being a millionaire isn’t a ticket to mansions, yachts and caviar, as it once was, but the goal is more reachable than ever. According to Phoenix Marketing International, a firm that tracks the affluent market, about 5.8% of U.S. households now have investable assets of $1 million or more.

The book of the week was How To Make Millions With Your Ideas by Dan S. Kennedy. This book made some good points, but overall business insider how to become a millionaire by 30 wasn’t my taste. I think a lot of the ideas in this book are a little pie-in-the-sky and I like to focus on basic business and leadership principles that do not require luck, just skill.

But you also need to know where your money is going. I recommend using some form of money tracking software to give you an idea of where your money is going. There are a number of excellent free online money management tools which make it easy to see your income, expenses, and spending patterns in one place. My favorite is a free money management tool called Personal Capital which helps you track income, spending, and your investments.

7. Being Poor or Just Getting By Doesn’t Make Sense. You must get it that being poor is not a good thing for you and eliminate and all thinking that makes sense of your being poor.  I have been poor, and it sucks. Your parents told you a lot of things not to do and they should have told you, ‘don’t stay poor!” Poor defined in the dictionary as”having insufficient wealth to meet the necessities or comforts of life or to live in a manner considered acceptable in a society.”

Yes, a heavily inflated ego is a problem in sales but lack of confidence is too. You want some level of confidence so that when you put a newly hired salesperson into the field, they have the guts, belief in themselves and determination to succeed.
