To increase your chances of making millions, you have to break your faith in several conventional myths about building wealth. The following list shatters the most common money myths and provides reasons why they can’t (and shouldn’t) stop you from becoming a millionaire:

Given the government’s desperate desire to get banks to start lending again, you might also want to try to hit up the government for some funds. The pitch will be simple: Old banks aren’t lending because they’re hiding embedded losses and need to protect their balance sheets. You don’t have that problem. You’ll use the equity to LEND. For some, the thought of having a million bucks seems ridiculous and impossible, especially without some high-dollar salary. But the fact is that becoming a millionaire is simple, even on a modest income.

STEP 7:Go public. After bonuses, your bank will be earning about $200 million a year, your capital ratio will be super-strong (10% equity-to-debt!), and your balance sheet will be clean as a whistle (all risk-free Treasuries!). So you ought to be able to persuade investors to pay you at least 20-times earnings, or a valuation of $4 billion. Sell 25% of the company for $1 billion.

I truly believe that if you want to attain the status of being a millionaire, one must make the necessary adjustments in life. The status of being a millionaire entails a lot of sacrifices but what is more realistic is that it is achievable and doable. More than anything else, be a millionaire for it takes to be one – frugal, investment conscious, earning more than what you spend, paying yourself first, diversifying your investments by not putting all your eggs in one basket alone, intuitive, resourcefull, sound knowledge in financial language and accounts, passionate, loves what you are doing, charitable, innovative, seizing initiatives in the market plays, delaying instant gratification and always never sacrificing the needs of your family in terms of financial needs and matters.

Some student accommodation comes with a drive or garage. If you aren’t using your parking space and you live in a busy area then you might be in luck. There are plenty of people that may work in the city centre and are fed up of paying through the roof for daily parking.

That night, I walked around my entire suburb for hours listening to Tony Robbins. I did every exercise he said including the deep breathing and shouting out loud. People in the streets thought I was off my head on drugs.
